All audio and video courses are “piracy protected” and intended for use by one individual. You may not distribute, allow access to, or share any of the information in the courses without written permission from Pepper Lewis or an authorized representative of The Peaceful Planet. Failure to honor this mutual consent agreement may result in a warning or being denied access to the course and all services without a refund.

PERSONAL SESSION RECORDING
With your consent Pepper will create a complimentary audio and/or video recording of your session for you to revisit for integration and further reflection.The recording will be sent to you in the form of a download link within a few days following your session. While rare, recordings can and do fail. You are welcome to record the session on your end. Please keep your downloaded recording safe as access to the original file will expire 30 days from the date of your session. recordings are intended for personal listening and/or viewing. Decide carefully who else may access content that may be considered private. We strongly caution against placing, distributing, posting or sharing recordings in any public place or forum of any kind or at any time.
Original recordings including audio and video private sessions produced by Pepper Lewis are considered intellectual property and are protected by Sound Recording Copyright Ⓟ. Exclusive personal, non-commercial listening use is granted to clients on an individual basis. Printed material is protected by © copyright, all rights reserved. These statements are intended to protect all concerned from piracy. We are bound by a high level of integrity and ask our clients and visitors to do the same. Lack of integrity will be exposed as such.
CANCELLATION POLICY (PERSONAL SESSIONS)
If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know ASAP. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before your session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before your session are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY (IN-PERSON EVENTS)
Cancellations made prior to 14 days before the scheduled event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the scheduled event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made on the day of the event will not receive a refund, however, 50% of the registration fee may be applied to a future online or in-person event. No-Shows and Cancellations received after event day are not eligible for a refund.
All event cancellations must be made in writing. Email is acceptable. To request a cancellation, send an email to info@pepperkeenlewis.com. The Subject Title should include the Event Name and Date. The event organizer bears no responsibility for travel arrangements or any other actual or perceived loss due to participant cancellation of the event. Travel insurance is recommended.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time. You are advised to consult the current version (rather than a cached version) of the Agreement when you visit this Site. In using the Site, you accept all of the foregoing terms and conditions.

Please be ready to begin your session at the agreed upon start time. Translators, if needed, should also be ready to start on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule please let me know ASAP. You will receive an email confirming your appointment once your payment has been received. Please check to make sure the day and time are correct. The email will contain a link to a private ZOOM room reserved just for you. Zoom is like Skype or FaceTime. It’s best to join from a computer, laptop or iPad/tablet with speakers and a microphone. If you join from your phone, the screen will be small and harder to see. When you click on the link, you will go through a quick download process, then be prompted to test your speakers and microphone. Please go ahead and test them. If you have trouble with audio, you can always dial in using a phone to talk/listen using the phone number on the email you received.
TIPS TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION
Write your questions ahead of time. You can ask as many questions as time permits. Your input and contribution during the session is beneficial and vital to the outcome. It is best for you to have somewhat of a goal for your session, such as to gain clarity on an issue, or obtain information and exercises to help you further develop a skill. A clear intention yields better results. It does not diminish or exclude the field of possibilities. Be open to receive an assignment or something to contemplate, investigate, or report back on — especially if you are working on developing new skills.
