A Glossary

"Mind-Horizon"

Our mind’s ever-changing panoramic vista. As far as we can reasonably see or imagine before
images fade or become unrelatable.

"Mind-Valley"

Where we go when we cannot see or imagine a future or a way through a dilemma. Where we
go when we do not want to see or hear something we are not ready to know. Where we go
when think-thoughts drag us down.

"Time and a Half"

What does GAIA mean when she says, “Wait. And then wait a time and a half?”

In Gaiaspeak, a time and a half means longer than you would assume is normal. It can also mean pay careful attention, and don’t take anything for granted. Sometimes it means that the timing of whatever we are waiting for is not determined by a clock or a calendar. The suggestion is to allow events to unfold completely before acting.
