SHIPPING INFORMATION
Domestic Shipping
Orders that weigh less than 1 lb. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and orders that weigh more than 1lb. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class and USPS Priority, depending upon the weight and the destination.
Backorders
We value your order and will ship it to you as promptly as possible, usually with two or three business days after the order has been placed. We monitor our inventory levels to ensure that the item(s) you choose will be readily available. In rare instances, we may contact you by email or phone to notify you that an item is temporarily unavailable. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will send your other items first and fill the backorder as soon as the item becomes available, at no cost to you. Please note that 'pre-orders' are not backorders.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
CDs and DVDs
We will gladly replace any defective CD or DVD. CDs and DVDs are not returnable.
Books
We will gladly exchange any defective book. Books cannot be returned.
Gift Items
We will gladly exchange any defective item. Gift Items are not generally returnable.
Events
Some Seminars, Workshops and Special Events require advanced reservation and payment. Cancellations two-weeks or more prior to the event will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations less than two-weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund. Depending upon the type of event, the cancellation fee may be applied to a future event or to a related product. Please contact us directly.
Private Sessions
Private Sessions require advance payment. One-week advance notice is necessary for cancellations and a 48 hour notice is preferred when rescheduling is necessary.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be used for any item or service, depending upon the face value of the certificate.
