Yes, it is true. At least that's how the funding for these projects gained the approval and support of those whose signature appears on (or behind) the substantial checks that have been written. Beyond that, as you might imagine there is more than meets the star-filled eye. Approximately ten years ago, contact with the earth was initiated by an off-planet species. Their message was a simple one and it was directed at those who were even then considering annihilating and/or obliterating each other before moving out into the universe to explore other potential "investments". The message, loosely translated, stated " . . . look before you leap . . . look to the past that you may also have a future to look upon."
The extra-terrestrial entities showed their earth counterparts a series of "film clips" that could easily have been taken from earth's own past, except for the fact that it was not earth at all. The film clips were remnants of a once vast and carefully archived library of images. The restored images were translated into a universally understood language and then stored for future use. You might wonder as to the effectiveness of a universal language given the size and scope of the local universe, but language (as frequency) transcends time and space. Simply speaking, even Morse code is understood universally and this language was even simpler than that.
The specific details of the film clips are irrelevant to your question, but suffice it to say that they depicted a world in decay. Experts in psychopathy and engineers of mind extraction labeled this meeting an off-planet "intervention" of sorts, forensic extra-terrestrials called it a "plea of hope" and those who prefer the glitter in their pockets to the sparkle in the night sky called it "nonsense!" Still, a nagging feeling undermined the thoughts and dreams of all who had been exposed to the new frequency, because visions of an extra-terrestrial past were strangely reminiscent of a potential earth future, and this inspired a great deal of interest as well as controversy. The film clips were not of Mars, but they looked enough like Mars to generate greater respect and interest in earth's neighbors in the local galaxy. As you can see, the answer to your question was "launched" ten years ago, and Science is searching for earth's past as well as hoping to discover its future.

A. I will answer your question using generic terms because as you will see, they are the most specific given the nature of your question. As the holidays come to a close and the new year dawns on the horizon memories of a somewhat pudgy and jolly being in a red and white suit and a white beard will begin to fade. But before they do, can you recall how many times this image appeared in your experience? Was it on a greeting card you received, on wrapping paper, or perhaps at your local shopping town? With so many "Sidewalk Santa's" and "Santa's Helper's" would you recognize the real one if you met him face to face? Does the real one exist? Do not think upon the answer with skepticism and disdain, but with the wonder and curiosity of a child. Are they not all real Santa's?
Most of the world believes that Saddam Hussein was captured, and they would like to believe that evil was captured in the process, but evil cannot be captured -- it can only be laid to rest. There are many Saddam Hussein's in the world and there always have been. They are not unique to this day and age. They are icons in the flesh, advertisements of injustice, corruption and greed. But how many other such icons present themselves to you daily? Why has humanity invested so much of its interest in this one? The icon called Saddam Hussein was captured, but the man was not. Still, a puppet without a puppet master or a stage to perform on is relatively harmless. There is a land in the underground realms of the earth called "Exile, " and that is where old puppets go when they are no longer useful. I have answered your question and yet there is more. The capture of Saddam Hussein was just the beginning. It was a prelude intended to boost the morale of the parade of soldiers who are watching brothers in arms fall one by two and even more. After all, one must live with purpose or die with it, do you see? The parade of soldiers is the opening act for the parade of events that will soon unfold.
Again, do you know what the real Santa Claus looks like? Would you recognize him if he shaved his beard, dyed his hair, and wore different clothes? But he would never do that, you say, so the point is moot, or is it? Authenticity is a relative word today, so is "identical" and "original". When the light dances it displays a myriad of full spectrum color. The same holds true when shadows dance. I will ask of you that which is difficult in thought and deed: Have pity on the being that was captured for he is one many who have awakened in a different mind and some in a different body. He no longer has a true identity, only that which has been assigned to him. Even he is not certain if he is the real Saddam Hussein, he simply assumes it is true because the memories he has been assigned match the questions that are put to him. Waves of energy have been wrought upon and within him; do you believe that extra-terrestrial beings are the only ones capable of implants?

Q. Is it really possible that only one cow in the U.S. was infected with "Mad Cow Syndrome"? Is beef still safe for human consumption? What about other animal products?
A. I will begin by answering your question with another question. Is it possible for only one person in a city to catch a cold? What unfathomable wager would that be! This question is also your answer, do you see? A similarly frustrating question is, "Which came first, the chicken or the egg?" That is exactly what researchers are now trying to discover, but with cows instead of chickens (that will come later).
Are you capable of offering your best when you do not feel well? When you are feeling dishonored can you still do the honorable thing? Currently, sentient cows are pondering these same questions. Are all cows sentient? Yes, to some degree, just as you can be more or less conscious than your neighbor. Twenty or thirty years ago, the collective consciousness within the cow species began to sense that something was terribly wrong. They did their best to "self-correct" as a species, and this did work for a time. (All species self-correct, it is natural to do so and often leads to evolutionary leaps both small and large). When self-correction began to fail they used their sentient abilities to warn neighboring species so that future disasters might be prevented. Human kind would be considered a neighboring species and so the cow sentience reached out to humanity as well, but twenty or thirty years ago no one was listening, especially not to a cow. Think on how many good ideas turned bad there have been in this short a time span. Now think on how many good ideas have been ignored or scoffed at in the same time span. Lastly, think about how many warnings have gone unnoticed. Cows are evolving, and as such, they will cease to be available as livestock by the middle of this century. Many times the sequence and timing of these events relates to that of other species and this is no exception. If humanity desires to evolve it must allow other species to do so as well.
Many cows are infected, and many have been slaughtered, marketed and eaten. More are on the way. Mad Cow disease is the effect; the causes are many. Those who study cause, believe that they have isolated what went wrong, but they have not gone far enough and those who are paid handsomely to do "damage control" tie their hands. Information will continue to leak to outside sources as it often does and more will be revealed. In the meantime, you must ask yourself, "Do I feel comfortable consuming a species that is emerging from its evolutionary cocoon?" If the answer is "yes", then you will do so and if it is "no", then you will not. It is best to ask this question rather than to wonder if what you are consuming is tainted.
Be patient with yourself and with all species for all are currently undergoing change. Trust your body to tell you what is and is not appropriate for you and do not judge those who have not asked the appropriate questions yet. Choose a healthy variety of dietary choices and take the time to read the ingredients when they are offered. Change your dining choices and habits once a week or once a month in order to ensure a diversity of experience for your physical body.

A. Yes, they are the ones to blame. They take great pride in the international attention and press coverage they receive daily, especially as they have done so little to earn so much. It is said that they stand against the West, but what does that mean? Are they against democracy? Are they against freedom? No, not necessarily. They are against the illusion of democracy and freedom when it is used as an instrument of power and greed. They are misguided as armed missiles often are, but what government does not have a few loose cannons of its own? Are they good guys disguised as bad guys or bad guys disguised as good guys? No, they are neither boy scouts nor terrorists, but they do not know that anymore than you do, because they have come to embody and believe almost all that is said about them. Long ago they believed they were on a mission to restore justice. They studied alongside your brothers and sisters, sons and daughters. They pledged, prayed and meditated much as you do today. They thought they were on the right side of the law and their families whom they trusted confirmed this, but somewhere along the way things went wrong, and before long so did they. Onions often make eyes tear as they release their full flavor, especially when the cut is deep, swift and severe. When the entire truth behind this and other events is finally revealed it will wound its citizens and divide many countries. There is an ancient riddle that goes something like this: A den of lions and a den of thieves both feed on the weary and the less fortunate. What is the difference between the two? The lions sleep well at night.
